Returns policy

You can return an unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once a product has been used we cannot accept it back — unless there is a serious issue such as a fault.

Unused, within 14 days — returnable

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Used — not returnable

For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept the return of any product that has been used or opened — unless there is a serious issue (see below).

Returning an unused product

If you change your mind, you can return an unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery. It must be in its original sealed laboratory packaging, undamaged, with batch seal intact. Email us first to start the return and we'll confirm the return address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Return postage, refunds and fees

Return postage: paid by you for change-of-mind returns; we recommend a tracked service. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned or replaced at our cost.
Refund method: the original payment method only.
Refund timing: within 14 days of receiving the returned item, usually sooner; your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it.
Restocking fee: none.
Original shipping: refunded when the whole order is returned unused within 14 days; not refunded for partial returns.

Used or opened products

Because these are sensitive research materials, a product that has been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded — unless there is a serious issue with it, such as a manufacturing fault or a product that is not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe there is a genuine fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll investigate and, where there is a serious issue, replace the item or refund you free of charge — even if it has been opened. Please keep the product and packaging so we can review the batch.

How to start a return

Email support@bodypharm.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
