Dispatch & delivery times

Orders placed before dispatch cut-off on a working day are typically sent the same or next working day. Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked service. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days, though busy periods and bank holidays can add a little time. You will receive tracking so you can follow your parcel.

Every order goes out in a plain, unbranded outer carton — the outside gives no indication of the contents. Inside, products travel in their sealed laboratory pack with batch traceability, packed to protect them in transit.
